Dr. Rambali is one of our senior-most professional and mentor in Nav Jagriti. He completed his P.hd in agriculture extension education from Gorakhpur University in 1985 where he had submitted his thesis on "Method and Designing of Social Research". He has also published a book title "aay ke sadhan" in 2013 which gives an overview of establishing the "seed bank" at the village level.
Dr. Rambali has a very deep understanding of agriculture, value chain and the issues related to the farmers which he has earned through his 28 years of associations with many national & international organizations. With Nav Jagriti, he has been associated from last 10 years and worked on different domains of the projects. Currently, he has been implementing the project of Pulse development (India Grain legume cluster development, Policy, Production and Nutrition) in Siwan district of Bihar as agriculture specialist.
Mr. Upesh Dubey has accomplished his M.Sc. Agricultural from Dr.B.R.A University, Agra in 1998. He has 18 years experiences in creating sustainable value chain practices in the field of agriculture in rural India. Upesh has worked with various reputed organization like Aga khan rural support Programme as a development specialist and Action for Green Earth Organization as Project Manager (State Lavel). Currently, he has been working as Project manager of Saran and Siwan district, Bihar and implementing the project of Pulse development (India Grain legume cluster development, Policy, Production and Nutrition).
Mr. Mukesh Kumar is a development professional with 27 years of experience in social development and project management. He holds a PGDRD degree from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager, he specializes in rehabilitation and resettlement initiatives, community development, and program implementation. He has extensive expertise in stakeholder coordination, field operations, and managing development projects with a strong focus on sustainable and people-centered social transformation.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar is a dedicated finance professional with 11 years of experience in financial administration and donor-funded project management in the development sector. A postgraduate by qualification, he currently serves as Finance Officer. He possesses strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and organizational support. Committed to transparency, service excellence, and continuous learning, he contributes effectively to achieving organizational goals through efficient and accountable financial management.
Mr. Raj Bharti is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the banking sector. A postgraduate by qualification, he currently serves as an Advisor, bringing extensive expertise in project implementation, HR management, policy formulation, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). He has strong organizational and leadership skills, with proven experience in supporting institutional growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning and effective management practices.
Mr. Naresh Kumar Ram is an experienced MIS professional with over 10 years of expertise in the NGO sector. He holds a B.A. (Hons) degree and currently serves as an MIS Officer. His work focuses on Management Information Systems (MIS) for projects related to child rights, disaster risk reduction (DRR), socio-economic development, and sustainable livelihoods. He possesses strong skills in data management, reporting, project monitoring, and information system coordination to support effective program implementation and decision-making.
Mr. Tarun Kumar Singh is a senior development and finance professional with 30 years of experience in livelihood promotion, CSR initiatives, business planning, and capacity-building programs. Holding a postgraduate degree in Commerce along with an LLB, he has been associated with Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN) for more than 28 years and has led the Bihar regional office covering Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. He also possesses strong expertise in finance, accounts management, and project implementation.
Dr. Bobby Luthra Sinha is a Social Anthropologist and Political Scientist, currently serving as a Senior Research Fellow at the Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak Research Foundation (DBPRF), New Delhi. An independent scholar, author, lead researcher, documentary filmmaker, and digital archivist, her work focuses on vulnerable and marginalized communities, including tribal and forest-dwelling peoples, with particular emphasis on questions of gender and women´s agency, identity, migration, environmental justice, and spiritual, cultural, and ecological rights.
Dr. Luthra Sinha's research, publications, and international collaborations span themes related to Diaspora and migration, gender studies, public health, MHM and WASH, social and protest movements, food security ethnographic methodologies, rights-based environmental and ecological struggles across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. She has lead research and participated in as well as organized workshops, roundtables, panels, talks and conferences in Argentina, Austria, India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Croatia, Guatemala, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, South Africa, Thailand and the UK.
She received her PhD from the University of Basel, Switzerland, in 2017 and subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, in 2019. She is affiliated with the International Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences (IUAES), where she previously served as Co-Chair and continues to be a Core Committee Member of the Scientific Commission on Migration and serves on the advisoy committee of community-based research and implementation organizations in Bihar and Chhattisgarh, India.
